1. Who can use Sandooq
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to register.
You must use a Pakistani mobile number when registering. Email is optional.
One person, one account. Don’t share your account or use someone else’s.
2. What you can list
Listings must be for pre-loved (or new-with-tags) clothing, footwear, and accessories you own and have the right to sell.
Listings must use your own photos. Don’t use stock photos, manufacturer images, or photos taken from another seller.
Counterfeit branded items are not allowed. Genuine pre-loved branded items must be described accurately.
Listings must include an honest description of the item’s condition.
New listings are reviewed by our team before they appear in the public catalogue.
3. Orders and payment
At MVP, Sandooq records unpaid checkout orders but does not process online payments.
Seller contact details are not revealed to buyers. Order coordination and fulfilment remain managed through Sandooq workflows.
Until online payments ship, Sandooq may require additional operational confirmation before an order is completed.
4. Reviews
Buyers can leave a public 1–5 star review of a seller after a transaction. Reviews must be honest and based on a real transaction.
Sellers cannot delete reviews. They can flag a review for moderation if they believe it violates these terms.
Fake reviews, review-trading, and review-baiting are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable behaviour
Don’t harass other users, send spam, or use the Site to deceive others.
Don’t scrape, copy, or republish Sandooq listings or user content without permission.
Don’t attempt to circumvent the Site’s security or rate limits.

6. Suspension and removal
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines, with or without prior notice.
You can close your account at any time by emailing abuse@sandooq.pk.
7. Liability
Sandooq is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability is limited to PKR 10,000 or the amount you have paid Sandooq directly, whichever is greater (currently PKR 0, since Sandooq does not charge listing fees at MVP).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Sandooq is registered.
9. Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date at the top when we change these terms materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
